Getting your Mayhaw trees a fresh cut

The mayhaw is an essential ingredient in making wines, sauces and jellies, as the tree itself is mostly grown in moist soil in wetland areas. Trimming down its branches helps in light promotion for its fruit, which promotes healthy and fast growth. Just be extra careful when pruning them as their branches have thorns which can cause wounds when it comes to contact with your skin.
