The one rotting that wheat and oat have in common; Culm Rot

Considered a serious disease with regards to oats is the culm rot disease. A fungal disease that attacks the young seeds at the beginning of its growth eventually reaching its roots and stem further killing it. The proper treatment of oat culm rot could be very lengthy but very effective and it should start at the land, wherein it should be blank for 2 years as it plays an important role in repelling the disease.
